Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026. Effective October 2, 2026.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Abdul Rehman Haider, an individual developer ("flick", "we", "us" or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the flick application for macOS, published on the Mac App Store with the bundle identifier site.clickflick.flick, together with its bundled Safari extension and Control Center extension, its Shortcuts, Focus and automation interfaces and its local Model Context Protocol interface (collectively, the "App"), and the website at clickflick.site (the "Site"). The App and the Site are together referred to as the "Service".
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, access or use the Service.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings given to them:
- "Apple" means Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including the operators of the Mac App Store in your territory.
- "App Store" means the Mac App Store operated by Apple.
- "Free Tier" means the features of the App described in Section 5 that are available without payment.
- "flick Pro" or "Pro" means the paid features of the App described in Section 7, whether accessed under the Free Trial, a Subscription or a Lifetime Purchase.
- "Free Trial" means the period of complimentary access to Pro described in Section 6.
- "Subscription" means an automatically renewing monthly or yearly purchase of Pro made through the App Store.
- "Lifetime Purchase" means the one time, non renewing purchase of Pro made through the App Store.
- "Intelligence Features" means the features of the App that classify, predict, summarise or otherwise interpret links, rules or usage, whether through Apple's on device models, through your own Anthropic API key, or through heuristics, including Link Scan.
- "Third Party Service" means any website, application, browser, service or API that is not operated by us, including those the App opens links in, those the App integrates with, and those described in Section 12.
- "you" and "your" mean the individual or entity that downloads, installs, accesses or uses the Service, and, where that individual acts on behalf of an entity, both the individual and the entity.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region, or the minimum age at which Apple permits you to hold an Apple Account and to agree to terms of this kind, whichever is higher. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet that requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes the organisation.
Where you use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, that adult accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service.
3. The Service
3.1 What the App does. The App is a utility that can register as your Mac's default browser and default email application and that routes the links and addresses you click to the browser or application you choose, either manually through a picker or automatically through rules, Focus filters and Intelligence Features. It can also unwrap redirect links, remove tracking parameters, move a page from one browser to another, keep a local history of routed links and expose its rules and history to agent tools you run locally.
3.2 What the App is not. The App is a router. It does not host, create, control, review, endorse or take responsibility for the content of the websites and applications it opens for you. It does not guarantee that any destination will open, load or behave in any particular way, because those outcomes depend on Third Party Services outside our control. The App is not a security product, a content filter, a parental control or a substitute for your own judgment about what to open.
3.3 Availability. The App runs entirely on your Mac and does not depend on any server of ours, so its availability is a matter of your own device and of the Third Party Services you use with it. We may release updates to the App through the App Store from time to time, and Section 16 describes how features may change.
3.4 The Site. The Site describes the App, offers an interactive demonstration of the picker that runs entirely in your browser, and hosts these Terms, the Privacy Policy and support material. The demonstration is illustrative only and may differ from the App in detail.
4. Licence
4.1 Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive licence, which you may not transfer or sublicense, to download, install and use the App on Mac computers that you own or control, to the extent permitted by the App Store terms and by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). The Apple EULA applies to your use of the App except where these Terms impose stricter obligations, in which case these Terms prevail as between you and us.
4.2 Restrictions. Except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it notwithstanding a contractual prohibition, you may not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the App or any part of it; (b) distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise make the App available to any third party; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms or structure of the App; (d) remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice, mark or label in the App; (e) circumvent, disable or interfere with the Free Trial, purchase verification, feature gating or any other technical measure in the App; (f) use the App to build a competing product by copying its features, design or expression; or (g) use the App in any manner that violates Section 11.
4.3 Reservation. The App is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, that are not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
5. The Free Tier
The picker, the keyboard shortcuts, up to five routing rules, tracking parameter removal, link unwrapping, the default browser and default email integrations, and the other features the App presents as free are available without payment and without time limit. We intend to keep the Free Tier free. That statement is a statement of present intent and does not create a perpetual obligation; Section 16 governs changes.
6. The Free Trial
On first launch, every feature of Pro is unlocked automatically for a period of fourteen days. The Free Trial requires no account, no payment information and no action on your part. It is managed by the App on your Mac, is anchored in the macOS Keychain so that it cannot be restarted by reinstalling the App, and is offered once per Mac.
When the Free Trial ends, Pro features pause and the Free Tier continues to work without interruption. Links continue to open. Rules you created during the Free Trial in excess of the Free Tier limit continue to route and may be edited or repointed, but new rules beyond the limit cannot be added until Pro is purchased. Nothing you created is deleted.
The Free Trial is not an introductory offer within the meaning of the App Store, is not tied to any Subscription and does not convert into a paid Subscription automatically. You will never be charged unless you make a purchase yourself.
7. flick Pro
7.1 Scope. Pro unlocks the Intelligence Features and the App's advanced capabilities, including rules written in plain language, unlimited rules, the learning router, native application routing, Link Scan, intent routing, the Today in Links digest, batch routing of copied links, email routing, Send this tab, Recents and Spotlight, and rules synchronisation through iCloud, as described in the App and on the Site at the time of purchase.
7.2 Plans and billing. Pro is available as a monthly Subscription, a yearly Subscription or a Lifetime Purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account under the App Store terms. Prices are displayed in the App in your local currency before you confirm a purchase and may vary by territory. We do not receive, store or have access to your payment details.
7.3 Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period at the price then displayed in the App Store unless you cancel at least twenty four hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within twenty four hours before the end of the current period. You may manage and cancel Subscriptions at any time in System Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions, or through the App Store application. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access to Pro until then. Deleting the App does not cancel a Subscription.
7.4 Lifetime Purchase. The Lifetime Purchase is a one time, non consumable purchase tied to your Apple Account. It includes all Pro features available at the time of purchase and all updates to those features for the life of the App, being the period during which we continue to distribute the App through the App Store. It supports Family Sharing where Apple makes Family Sharing available for non consumable purchases. The Lifetime Purchase is not a commitment to provide the App for any particular period, and Section 16 applies.
7.5 Refunds. Purchases are made from Apple, and Apple's refund policy governs them. We are not able to issue refunds directly. Refund requests should be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where the law of your country or region gives you a right of withdrawal or a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, that right is unaffected by this Section and is exercised through Apple.
7.6 Price changes. We may change the price of Pro from time to time. Where a Subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance and, where the law or the App Store terms require it, will obtain your consent before the new price applies to you. If you do not consent, your Subscription will end at the close of the current period.
7.7 Taxes. Prices displayed in the App Store may include or exclude applicable taxes according to your territory. Apple, as merchant of record, is responsible for collecting and remitting those taxes.
7.8 Restoring purchases. Pro can be restored on any Mac signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase by using the Restore Purchases command in the App. Access to Pro depends on Apple continuing to verify that a valid purchase exists.
8. Your own API key
Certain Intelligence Features may, at your option, use an Anthropic API key that you supply. Your use of that key, the requests made with it and any charges it incurs are governed exclusively by your agreement with Anthropic and are your sole responsibility. We are not a party to that relationship, receive no part of those charges, and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, pricing, rate limits or conduct of Anthropic's services. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use any key you add, and you must not add a key belonging to another person or organisation without permission. You are responsible for removing the key from the App and from the Keychain if you no longer wish the App to hold it.
9. Intelligence Features and Link Scan
9.1 Nature of the features. The Intelligence Features interpret links, rules and usage in order to predict, suggest and, where you have enabled it, act automatically. They rely on heuristics and on machine learning models, whether Apple's on device models or, with your key, Anthropic's models. Their output may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable for your purpose, and you should treat it as a suggestion rather than a determination.
9.2 Link Scan. Link Scan follows a link's redirect chain, reports its final destination and flags characteristics commonly associated with deceptive links. It is an assistive tool and not a security guarantee. It may fail to flag a harmful link and may flag a harmless one. It cannot reach every destination, and where it cannot it says so rather than reporting the destination as safe. You remain solely responsible for every link you choose to open and for the consequences of opening it.
9.3 Automatic routing. Where you enable automatic routing, the App will open certain links without showing the picker, based on rules you have written and on patterns it has learned from your own choices. You are responsible for reviewing the rules you create and for the destinations they select. The App offers an undo for automatically routed links through a notification, and every automatic behaviour has an off switch.
10. Automation, extensions and the MCP interface
10.1 Permissions. Features such as Send this tab, the Safari extension, Focus filters, Shortcuts, Control Center controls and notifications rely on permissions that macOS asks you to grant. You may grant or withhold each permission, and withholding one affects only the feature that depends on it. You are responsible for the permissions you grant.
10.2 The MCP interface. The App can expose a local MCP interface to agent tools that you run on your own Mac. That interface is provided for tools operating under your control and on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the tools you connect to it, for the instructions you give them, for the links they open and rules they create through the App, and for any consequence of their use. We do not vet, endorse or support any third party agent tool.
10.3 Browsers and applications. The browsers and applications the App opens links in, and the browsers it can read a page address from, are Third Party Services. Their behaviour, availability and terms are their own, and a change to any of them may affect the App's ability to work with it.
11. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to, use the Service: (a) in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (b) to infringe the rights of any person, including intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights; (c) to open, distribute or facilitate access to unlawful, harmful or fraudulent content; (d) to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, the Site or any Third Party Service; (e) to circumvent the Free Trial, purchase verification, feature gating or any technical protection measure in the App; (f) to misrepresent the App, or any part of it, as your own work; (g) to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network through the App, including by means of Link Scan or the MCP interface; (h) to introduce malicious code into the App or the Site; or (i) in any manner that these Terms or the Apple EULA prohibit. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including termination under Section 20.
12. Third Party Services and content
The links the App routes lead to websites, applications and services that we do not control and for which we are not responsible. The browsers and applications the App opens, Apple's App Store, StoreKit, iCloud and operating system services, Anthropic's API, the services that host and deliver the Site, and any agent tool you connect to the App are Third Party Services governed by their own terms and policies. We make no representation or warranty concerning any Third Party Service, do not endorse any of them, and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. Your dealings with Third Party Services, including any purchase, are solely between you and the relevant third party.
13. Intellectual property
The App, the Site, and all of their content, including software, design, user interface, text, graphics, icons, animations, the flick name and logo and the clickflick.site brand (the "flick Materials"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws throughout the world. These Terms grant you no ownership of, and no right to use, the flick Materials except as expressly set out in Section 4. The names and marks of Third Party Services that appear in the App or on the Site, including the browsers and applications the App can open, belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify those services.
14. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports or other feedback about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that Feedback for any purpose without obligation, attribution or compensation to you. You represent that you have the right to provide the Feedback and that it does not include confidential information of any third party.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, available at clickflick.site/privacy, describes what information the Service handles, where it lives and when the App communicates with the network. It forms part of these Terms. In summary, the App collects no personal data and transmits nothing to us.
16. Updates, changes and discontinuation
We may release updates to the App that add, modify or remove features, and we may change the composition of the Free Tier and of Pro, provided that any change to features included in a Subscription you are currently paying for, or in a Lifetime Purchase you have made, will not materially reduce the core functionality you purchased during the period you have paid for, except where required by law, by Apple, or by the discontinuation or change of a Third Party Service on which a feature depends. We may discontinue the App or the Site in whole or in part at any time, in which case any active Subscription will not be renewed. Because the App runs entirely on your Mac, an installed copy will continue to operate after discontinuation to the extent that macOS and the Third Party Services it relies on continue to permit it. Nothing in this Section limits any refund right that the law or Apple grants you.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT ANY LINK WILL OPEN IN THE DESTINATION YOU INTENDED; THAT THE INTELLIGENCE FEATURES WILL PRODUCE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR USEFUL RESULTS; OR THAT LINK SCAN OR ANY OTHER FEATURE WILL IDENTIFY EVERY HARMFUL, DECEPTIVE OR UNWANTED LINK. LINK SCAN IS AN ASSISTIVE TOOL AND NOT A SECURITY GUARANTEE, AND YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LINKS YOU CHOOSE TO OPEN.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, AND CONSUMERS IN SOME JURISDICTIONS HAVE STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED. TO THAT EXTENT, THE EXCLUSIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DO NOT AFFECT THOSE RIGHTS.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PRO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 10).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE THE LAW SO PROVIDES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US AND THAT THE SERVICE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THEM.
19. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Abdul Rehman Haider and any licensors, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of applicable law; (b) your violation of the rights of any third party; (c) any agent tool you connect to the MCP interface and anything it does; (d) any API key you add to the App; or (e) any content you access, open or distribute through the App. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with that defence. This Section does not apply to consumers to the extent that the mandatory law of their country or region prohibits it.
20. Termination
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from every Mac on which you have installed it and ceasing to use the Site; cancellation of any Subscription is handled separately through Apple as described in Section 7.3. We may suspend or terminate your licence, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or by Apple, or if we discontinue the App under Section 16. On termination the licence in Section 4 ends and you must cease all use of the App. Sections 1, 4.2, 4.3, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23 and 25, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, survive termination.
21. Apple specific terms
The following provisions are required by Apple and apply to your use of the App in addition to, and to the extent of any conflict in place of, the other provisions of these Terms.
- Acknowledgement. These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.
- Scope of licence. The licence granted to you is limited to a non transferable licence to use the App on Apple branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the App Store terms, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple makes those available.
- Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App, as specified in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property claims. In the event of any third party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary.
- Contact. Our contact details for any questions, complaints or claims with respect to the App are set out in Section 26.
22. Export control and sanctions
The App may be subject to export control and sanctions laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. You agree to comply with all such laws and not to export, re export or transfer the App, directly or indirectly, to any country, entity or person to which such export is prohibited, or to use the App for any purpose prohibited by those laws.
23. Governing law and dispute resolution
23.1 Governing law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer habitually resident in a country or region whose mandatory consumer protection law applies to you notwithstanding a choice of law, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of that law.
23.2 Informal resolution. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at the address in Section 26 and to make a good faith attempt to resolve the dispute with us for a period of thirty days. Most concerns can be resolved this way, and we undertake to engage with you promptly and in good faith.
23.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 23.1, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country or region in which you are habitually resident where the law gives you that right, and we may bring proceedings against you only in those courts.
23.4 Purchases. Disputes concerning a purchase, including a request for a refund, are addressed to Apple in the first instance, as Apple is the merchant of record for every purchase made through the App Store. Consumers in the European Union may also be able to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform in respect of purchases from Apple.
23.5 Time limit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one year after the cause of action accrues, failing which it is permanently barred.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on the Site, update the date at the top of them and, where a change is material, describe it in the release notes of the App version that accompanies it or otherwise bring it to your attention within the App or on the Site before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them. If you do not agree to a revision, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect; where a revision materially reduces your rights under a Subscription you are paying for, you may cancel through Apple and Section 7.5 applies.
25. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Apple EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications and agreements, whether written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including to a successor to the App or the Site, and will notify you of any such assignment through the Site or the App.
- No third party beneficiaries. Except as set out in Section 21 with respect to Apple, these Terms confer no rights on any person other than you and us.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including the acts or omissions of Apple, Anthropic or any other Third Party Service, changes to macOS, and events of nature, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour dispute, governmental action or failure of the internet.
- Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or employment relationship between you and us.
- Notices. We may give notice to you through the App, through the Site, through the App Store or through Apple. You may give notice to us at the address in Section 26. Notice is deemed given on the day it is sent, or on the day it is posted where it is posted on the Site.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English text prevails in the event of any inconsistency.
- Headings and interpretation. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "for example" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of the words that precede them.
26. Contact
Questions, notices and complaints concerning these Terms or the Service may be addressed to Abdul Rehman Haider at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge every message within five business days.
